| Free to a good home? |
I could make some excuses here about how I've been sick, or had a million and one things to do for work, or didn't want to post til I found my camera again, but I won't. I'm going to be perfectly honest and say my life is falling apart. Don't be alarmed now! It's done this before, and with a few knocks and scrapes, I got out just fine. I'm a trooper that way.
But I don't have much of a reason left for staying here and it's time to make my way back home. It's surely for the best, as I never really felt at home here, but at the moment I still have more of a feeling of the leaving behind than the going towards, if you know what I mean. I have a few weeks until I can end my contract and then will be the long process of finding a new home and new job. At least I will be able to do it on familiar soil and have some of my friends and family around me. I don't have it in me to go into particulars right now, but I wanted you all to know that I'm not neglecting my blog (or yours!) without good reason. I just need some time to sort my head and heart out.Labels: Life |

Life changes! UGH! I know how difficult and challenging they can be..but like you said, you're a trooper..and you will get through this and come out the other side shining like new!
Good things will come from this and you will be happier!

I believe in paths. And sometimes, our paths have to rattle our brains before we realize we were facing the wrong direction in the map and get back on our lovely life path... Maybe corny, but I believe it!! Many hugs and support headed your way!!! Vanessa

Aw, I hope everything goes smoothly for you! My bf's sister is making the "re-entry" back here in the states after living in Italy for 5 yrs, so I know it can be done! :) Take care.

Tatj! I am so glad you found me. I am going through the same thing, which helped me to not feel so bad about deleting Cinderella's Revenge. I am trying to sort out my life and reorganize it to where I like it better. You'll find a new great job and a new great place to live. Don't worry, don't fret, it will all work out!!!

We tend to move a LOT and for different reasons(NY-DC-TX-Paris-FL-TX). I hope this becomes a positive one for you, but please don't kill your blog! the swing dance video always cheers me up!
